This particular customer wanted something better than space dyed and something that is not very easy to mimic in traditional weave and structure weave effect, from an article she saw at a textile museum.

The Hospitality vendor

The hospitality vendor sourced fabric as per their interior theme needs, then neither the client nor the vendor were satisfied with the fabric. They discussed with me over call and asked us to visit and make 100% blackout fabric in the same.

The Foreign Importer

The client has a stitching unit here in India, as well in his country. He was sourcing this fabric from another big factory. To his surprise, we offered ₹40  less than his current price, even though we knew we practiced "value for money". Because no amount of profit is enough profit. But trust has no value. Now the client never asks us for price for any product. He is sure he will get "value".

Made-ups Unit

A made-ups unit, producing various types of home soft furnishing products, had a specific demand for customer to produce outdoor cushions for a super market. The only details client had was that the product was currently produced in china.
Client couldn't source required quality standards in India and when clients did source, price was 3 times higher than it should be.
When we took the project, we passed price and fastness standards very smoothly. Client was thrilled
